Our meat products at Copeland Family Farms, LLC are the best quality in Grenada, CA and the surrounding areas. If you compare, our loin chops are so much larger than the ones that are normally found in the super markets. We proudly call them steaks. Also, when placed side by side with sirloin tip beef steaks and boneless pork chops, our Certified American Chevon was pretty similar in size and weight to these.
